What it returns

How many messages the L2's canonical bridge has carried in each direction: deposits from the parent chain into the L2, withdrawals from the L2 out to the parent chain. Counted since the rollup launched on RHC and SCROLL, and since the Bedrock upgrade (June 2023) on OP. These are the same messages bridge-transfers lists one by one. Both counts, or an error: never one alone.
