What it returns

Current gas-price tiers (Safe/Propose/Fast, all Gwei DECIMAL STRINGS — never pre-rounded to a JS number) and, on Ethereum mainnet only, an estimate of how many seconds a transaction priced at each tier takes to confirm. estimatedConfirmationSeconds is null on every other chain this endpoint serves: measured live, the source answers a named "action does not exist" error there rather than a number, which is a real per-chain restriction rather than a temporary gap. On ARC and RHC, and whenever the three tiers cannot be read, the answer carries the base fee and proposeGasPriceGwei (the base fee plus the chain's own suggested tip); safeGasPriceGwei, fastGasPriceGwei and the confirmation estimates are null, and so is recentGasUsedRatio outside ETH. Every field is null when nothing could be established, never 0, which here would claim a real, measured gas price of zero.

`chain` path · string · required	ETH, BNB, BASE, STABLE, ARC, RHC; every other chain returns 400. `estimatedConfirmationSeconds` is additionally ETH-only — see the response field description.
