The base fee per signature, in lamports, and the priority fee per compute unit, in micro-lamports, at the 25th, 50th, 75th and 95th percentiles of the last 150 slots across the whole network. A transaction pays the base fee once per signature it carries, plus its compute-unit limit times the priority fee it sets (micro-lamports: 1,000,000 per lamport). The percentiles are of the whole network, not of the accounts one transaction touches; a busy market can clear above them.
