What it returns

One chain-wide settlement number per L2, the one kept exactly on that chain: the newest settlement batch number on RHC, the batches committed since launch on SCROLL, and the dispute games created on OP (the way OP settles its state). The other two fields are null on each chain: never estimated or derived. One batch's standing is in rollup-settlement, and OP's games one by one in dispute-games.

A JSON response. Every field is always present; null means the value could not be established, never zero.
