Discovery and markets API

Is each liquid-staking ETH token trading at, above or below its redemption rate?

Every liquid-staking ETH token: the ETH its contract redeems it for, the ETH the market pays, the gap in percent and the protocol fee. No chain, no input.

GET/api/external/discovery/lst-pegs

What it returns

Every liquid-staking ETH token in one call: the ETH its contract redeems it for, the ETH the market pays for it, the gap between the two in percent, and the protocol's fee. A negative pegPercent is a discount to the redemption rate, a positive one a premium. Most tokens have no executable market quote — marketRate and pegPercent are null for them, never 0, and priced says how many of the total carry one. symbol is not unique; address is.

Chains

This endpoint is not tied to a chain: it takes no chain in its request.

Response fields

A JSON response. Every field is always present; null means the value could not be established, never zero.

Response fields of Is each liquid-staking ETH token trading at, above or below its redemption rate?
FieldTypeDescription
totalintegerLiquid-staking tokens in the answer.
pricedintegerHow many of them carry a market rate, and so a peg.
tokensobject[]Each token, in the order the source ranks them.
tokens[].namestringThe protocol behind the token, e.g. Lido.
tokens[].symbolstringThe ticker, e.g. stETH. Not unique — rETH is two different tokens.
tokens[].addressstringThe token contract on Ethereum. The unique key of a row.
tokens[].accountingstringaccruing: the token is worth more ETH over time. rebase: the balance grows and the rate stays 1.
tokens[].redemptionRatenumberETH the contract redeems one token for. Always 1 for a rebase token.
tokens[].marketRatenumber | nullETH the market pays for one token. Null when no executable quote is published.
tokens[].pegPercentnumber | nullHow far the market rate sits from the redemption rate, in percent: -0.81 is 0.81% below it, a positive value above. Null without a market rate.
tokens[].feePercentnumber | nullThe protocol's cut of the staking rewards, in percent (0.1 = 0.1%). Null when not published.
