Discovery and markets API

Volume footprint brief: where a coin traded most, per candle and overall

A coin's taker buys and sells on one exchange: totals, the busiest price bucket per candle and the busiest buckets overall. A few KB.

GET/api/external/discovery/volume-footprint-brief/{symbol}

What it returns

The brief of volume-footprint; prefer it unless you need every bucket of every candle. Same parameters, defaults and 400s/404s. It keeps the market identity, sums taker buys and sells over the candles, gives each candle its totals and its busiest bucket (most US dollars, buys plus sells), and lists the 10 buckets with the most US dollars over the whole answer, each summed across candles. A bucket is [priceLow, priceHigh, buyQuantity, sellQuantity, buyUsd, sellUsd, buyTrades, sellTrades], as in the full answer.

Chains

This endpoint is not tied to a chain: it takes no chain in its request.
