GET/api/external/signals/signals-traders

What it returns

The traders the public trader leaderboards rank today, best rank first (unranked last), each with their wallets, links and placements. Filter by board (source), leaderboard period (board, which also ranks by that period), wallet kind, or one wallet — "which tracked trader owns this wallet?". Not scoped to any chain. Paged with cursor.
