Tokens API
How much of the token's supply have its snipers held, over time?
The share of supply held by the token's snipers, as a time series of change points: are the launch snipers still holding or selling? Solana, and Robinhood Chain launchpad tokens.
/api/external/token-analysis/sniper-history/{chain}/{mint}What it returns
On SOL, the share of supply held by the wallets tagged as snipers (wallets that bought in the first moments after launch), as a series of change points: each point is the share from at on, until the next point. Points are irregular (on SOL at most about one a minute), oldest first. A token with no sniper series answers points: []; that is a real answer, and when the series cannot be read the request fails instead. Pass from on long-lived tokens: without it the whole history is read and only its most recent 1,000 points are returned. On RHC, for tokens launched on one of the chain's launchpads only (any other token returns 404): the snipers are the wallets whose first buy came within 30 seconds of the launch, read from the chain, and a point is every second their combined balance changed, so there can be several a minute.

Request
Send your key in the x-dex-data-key header. Replace each <placeholder> with a real value.
curl -H "x-dex-data-key: $DEXDATA_API_KEY" \ "https://api.dexdata.io/api/external/token-analysis/sniper-history/SOL/<mint>"
| Parameter | Description |
|---|---|
fromquery · integer · optional | Window start, Unix SECONDS, inclusive. Optional. The share in force at from itself is the one of the last point before it, which is not returned. |
toquery · integer · optional | Window end, Unix SECONDS, inclusive. Optional. |
chainpath · string · required | The chain the token lives on. SOL and RHC; every other chain returns 400. |
mintpath · string · required | The token mint address (Solana) or contract address (EVM). |
Response fields
A JSON response. Every field is always present; null means the value could not be established, never zero.
| Field | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
points | object[] | |
points[].at | integer | Unix SECONDS the share changed to this value. |
points[].snipersPct | number | null | Percent of the LAUNCH supply (0-100) the snipers held from at on; once part of the supply has been burned it reads lower than cohorts' share, which divides by the current supply. 0 is a real 0 (they sold out). null when the reading at this point was unusable (over 100 percent of supply). |
truncated | boolean | At most the 1,000 most recent points inside the window are returned; true when older points inside the window were left out. Narrow the window with from/to to read them. |
