Discovery and markets API

Most-called contracts on a chain, by window

The contracts on a whole chain that drew the most transactions over a chosen window (5m/1h/1d/7d/30d), with the gas each used. RHC only.

GET/api/external/discovery/hot-contracts/{chain}

What it returns

The contracts on one chain that drew the most transactions over a trailing window, most transactions first, with the gas each used over the same window — no token, wallet or pool in the question. RHC only; every other chain returns 400. One page of up to 50 contracts; there is no pagination. Transaction counts and gas cover the requested window only; the native balance is the contract's balance now. Gas and balance are decimal strings (balance in RAW base units: no decimals count is published for the chain's native coin). Many contracts on this chain have no published name and unverified source — null name and false verified are real answers, not gaps.

Request

Send your key in the x-dex-data-key header. Replace each <placeholder> with a real value.

Parameters
ParameterDescription
window

query · string · optional

The trailing window to rank over: 5m, 1h, 1d, 7d or 30d. Defaults to 1d.5m1h1d7d30d
chain

path · string · required

RHC only; every other chain returns 400, because no wired source publishes a chain-wide contract ranking for it.

Response fields

A JSON response. Every field is always present; null means the value could not be established, never zero.

Response fields of Most-called contracts on a chain, by window
FieldTypeDescription
windowstringThe window every figure belongs to — always echoes the request (or its default).
contractsobject[]Most transactions first, in the order the source ranks them — never re-sorted here.
contracts[].addressstringThe contract address.
contracts[].namestring | nullThe contract's published name, or null when none is published.
contracts[].verifiedboolean | nullWhether the contract's source code is verified. false is a real answer, distinct from null.
contracts[].flaggedScamboolean | nullWhether the contract is flagged as a scam. false is a real answer, distinct from null.
contracts[].transactionCountinteger | nullTransactions to this contract within the window — the figure the list is ranked by.
contracts[].gasUsedstring | nullGas the contract consumed within the window, as a decimal string. "0" is a real measurement (a system precompile uses none of its own) and is different from null.
contracts[].nativeBalanceRawstring | nullThe contract's current native-coin balance in RAW base units, as a decimal string.
