Discovery and markets API

Which tags are tokens filed under?

The list of token tags (chain ecosystems, meme themes, stablecoin kinds, sectors), each with an id and a name. No chain and no subject: the whole classification in one small answer.

GET/api/external/discovery/token-tags

What it returns

Every tag of a token classification finer-grained in places than sectors: chain ecosystems (solana-ecosystem, robinhood-chain-ecosystem), meme themes (solana-memes, dog-memes, cat-memes), stablecoin kinds (fiat-backed-stablecoin, eur-stablecoin) and sectors (layer-1, ai-agents, real-world-assets), each with an id and a name, ordered by id. About 90 tags, every one active. A different list from sectors: many ids are shared, but some tags have no sector and the sectors carry market figures these tags do not. No chain and no filter: the list is short enough to take whole, and a single tag is one row of it.

Chains

This endpoint is not tied to a chain: it takes no chain in its request.
