Discovery and markets API

Which liquidity pools belong to this on-chain sector, and which are biggest?

One on-chain sector (jail, ai-agents, clanker-world…) by id or name: its pools ranked by 24h volume, liquidity or trades, each with price, reserves, FDV and its own chain. Optionally one chain only.

GET/api/external/discovery/sector-pools/{id}

What it returns

Every liquidity pool filed under one on-chain sector (jail, ai-agents, clanker-world, robinhood-tokenized-securities…), by sector id or display name in any case, ranked largest first by 24h volume, pool liquidity or 24h trades. A sector spans chains — one sector answered pools on four different chains — so each row carries its own chain, null where this API does not serve it, and chain narrows the answer to one of them. These sector ids are the ON-CHAIN taxonomy and are NOT the ids sectors publishes; the two id spaces never overlap. total is how many pools match before limit, and complete is false when the sector has more pools than one request reads, in which case the ranking covers only what was read. A subject that names no sector returns 404.

Parameters
ParameterDescription
sort

query · string · optional

What to rank by, largest first: 24h volume24h, pool liquidity, or 24h transactions24h. Pools without the ranked figure come last. Defaults to volume24h.volume24hliquiditytransactions24h
limit

query · integer · optional

How many pools to return. Defaults to 20, at most 100.
chain

query · string · optional

Keep only the pools on this chain. Omit for every chain the sector spans. A sector with no pool on the chain asked for answers an empty list, not a 404.
id

path · string · required

An on-chain sector, by id (e.g. "jail", "ai-agents") or by display name (e.g. "Jail"), in any case — not a token mint, contract address or protocol slug. These ids are the on-chain taxonomy and are not the ids the market-sector listing uses.

Response fields

A JSON response. Every field is always present; null means the value could not be established, never zero.

namestring | nullDisplay name of the sector.
descriptionstring | nullWhat the sector is, in the words of the taxonomy that defines it.
volume24hUsdnumber | nullThe whole sector's trailing 24h volume in USD, across every pool it files.

transactions24hnumber | nullTrades across the whole sector over the trailing 24h.
sortstringThe ranking answered.
totalintegerHow many pools matched, before limit.
completebooleanTrue when every pool the sector files was read, so the ranking is the sector's real top. False when the sector is larger than one request reads.
poolsobject[]Largest first by sort; pools without that figure last.
pools[].poolstringThe pool's address on its own chain.
pools[].chainstring | nullThe chain the pool trades on. Null when the pool is on a chain this API does not serve.
pools[].namestring | nullThe pair as the sector lists it, e.g. Clav / SOL.
pools[].dexIdstring | nullThe DEX the pool belongs to, e.g. pumpswap.
pools[].baseTokenAddressstring | nullThe base token of the pair.
pools[].quoteTokenAddressstring | nullThe quote token of the pair.
pools[].priceUsdnumber | nullPrice of the base token in USD.
pools[].liquidityUsdnumber | nullPool reserves in USD. 0 means drained; null means no reading.
pools[].volume24hUsdnumber | nullTrailing 24h traded volume in USD.
pools[].transactions24hnumber | nullTrades in the pool over the trailing 24h.
